Training atmosphere

Where you stay
This is no Four Seasons stay. It is a working camp, run like a Thai family home. The room is yours for a month, the trainers know your name, and the hospitality is the part people still talk about years later.

How VIP Exclusive started

Stephen Lee spent nine years helping build a $2B private equity firm from the ground up. Then he took a year off to do things he had never done. One of them: train for and fight a professional Muay Thai bout in Bangkok.
His first message to us was not about price. He wanted to talk about his goals, his age, and whether a fight could be the finale. He also asked how we look after someone who attracts mosquitoes badly. Small details matter when you are giving up your time.
He wrote to us from LinkedIn in May about a 30-day program. A stadium bout needed more than a month, so he ended up two months at the camp, training six hours a day, six days a week, with extra private sessions on top. He couldn't match a 24-year-old Thai on speed or experience, so we built the fight around his strengths and drilled it.
On 25 August 2026 he walked out at World Siam Stadium on the Siam Real Combat card, fighting under the Khongsittha name. He won.
"The ring is honest. Preparation is the only thing you control once the bell rings, and nobody gets there alone."

A note from Dunk, co-founder
You look at his profile and you expect someone used to the premium lifestyle. Stephen is all of that, but after meeting him, I learned that he is completely down to earth. He kept his diet clean the entire stay, and he trained like a committed fighter whose life was on the line. I am proud of him for that.
His background is private equity, and he offered to help with our business. He walked the premises and spotted faults we had been blind to, then we worked through them together in a proper strategy session. I will forever be grateful for that.
I look forward to hosting him again in our ultra-premium villas with a swimming pool.

Two months, one fight, and a friendship that did not end at the airport. He loved his time here, and he remains a friend of the camp to this day.
That is the experience VIP Exclusive is built on. Stephen came for thirty days and stayed two months. The thirty nights in this program are the starting point.

The mongkhon is blessed before the walk out. The fight begins there.

Fight night from the President Box at Rajadamnern. The view from the top of Muay Thai.

Who it is for
Founders, partners and executives, in their 40s, 50s and beyond, train alongside us every month. So do younger people who have built something early. Age is not the question. The question is whether you want a month where the only goal is yours, and a team that handles everything else.

Your team
You train with the full-time Thai trainers who coach every athlete at Khongsittha. As a VIP, you have five private sessions a week with our head trainers, with 20 sessions across four weeks.
On request
Arranged for you and quoted separately, so you only pay for what you use.
If you want it and the trainers sign off: a real fight, your trainers in your corner, filmed.
Dr. Alisara "Amy" Arirachakaran is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specialising in sports medicine, based at MedPark Hospital in Bangkok. She is the doctor who looked after Stephen during his camp: check-ups, IV therapy and physical assessments. She can test your physical limits before you train hard, keep you recovered through the month, and treat small problems before they become real injuries.
Recovery massage after training.
We arrange tee times at courses around Bangkok.
A car and driver for the city, dinners and days out.
